GDP #140 – CASE Challenge with Brian King

It’s been a while since I entered any Challenges online, but today I’ve managed to join two in less than 24 hours. LOL

This one is from the Global Design Project to CASE (Copy And Share Everything or Copy And Selectively Edit) Brian King’s card.

I love Brian’s designs, they’re always so clean and simple, even when he’s showcasing different techniques.

I’m not a massive fan of green’s but I love blues and teals, so I decided to go with a more teal colour than green in my design. I’m also using one of the new Host stamp sets – Pressed Flowers one of the red rubber stamps. I also used the sentiments from Varied Vases a new clear stamp set.

The colours in my card are both returning In Colors from previous years, that have been added to our regular colour suites in the revamp – Coastal Cabana and Flirty Flamingo.

I love the way this card turned out, and I love the simplicity of it.

Have a great day!

  1. Beautiful card, Karen! I love the brightness of this sweet color combination and your layering of the borders. Thanks for playing along with this week\’s GDP challenge!
