Crazy Crafters CASE Brian King

cc-bk-header

Hi All!

This month we have a bonus Blog Hop – the Crazy Crafters have been CASE-ing two international Stampin’ Up! stars.  The first was Dawn Griffith earlier this month, and now BRIAN KING!!!

Can I fan-girl again???  I know I have done it with all of the CASE Artists we’ve done so far, but truly – I love all of their work!  If it wasn’t for the inspiration these crafters share with the international community on Pinterest and You Tube – life would be boring.

Brian gives me a giggle every time I watch him – or his MUM!!  Yes, Brian’s YouTube channel occasionally features his mum doing demonstrations as well – which is BRILLIANT!!

I love Brian’s layouts, they are clean, simple (or he makes them seem that way!?) and stylish.  Take a browse through his blog and look at the wonderful creations he comes up with – astounding!

Anyway, on with the show. Brian CASEd his own design a little while ago.  I love both creation you can see below, but the one with the rainbow smiley faces makes me smile every time I see it pop up on Pinterest and Facebook.

I knew as soon as we  were told we’d be CASE-ing Brian this month, that this was the card I would be doing.

Quite often the smaller stamps in a set get overlooked because of the larger stamps or the gorgeous sentiments included in a set.  Brian made the most of the smiles in the Sale-abration Hello set.  Unfortunately it’s no longer available, but may be sometime in the future Stampin’ Up! will either re-release it, or release the stamps in a new combination set?!  We can hope!!

Here is my take on it, using Hello Honey, Tangerine Tango and Basic Black.

Take a browse through the blog hop and see what the other Crafters came up with!  Catch you next time!

Cheers,
Karen 🙂

  1. Karen – I absolutely love the colors you’ve used in this card – so bright and cheery but with a sophisticated balance. And how clever of you to CASE my CASE of my card. I might have to CASE your card just to keep this circle going. Glad you like my Mom, too! Trying to get her set up to visit more so we can make more videos. I’m so thrilled to participate in this hop with you and your team! Thanks!
